Essential grid images cloudy until hover

Hi, Ive searched around and couldn’t find a solution to this problem.

I have applied an essential grid to a page and when I view that page all the essential grid images have this cloudy look to them (almost like there is a white layer on top with low Opacity setting) and then when I hover it shows the correct color of the image just before popping up the skin buttons. When I view the grid in the preview it displays how I want it with the true color of the images showing until I hover it then the image fades darker…
