Essential Grid / blog grid image sizes

I’m trying to get essential grid to show the full featured image but at a size which fits perfectly within each separate grid box. Alternatively, I’d be happy if I could get each image to crop so it only shows the person’s face, but I imagine that would be harder. Either way, the site is under contruction and I can’t remove the coming soon page, but HB staff do have admin access already. I’ll reply privately if you need that info again.

There are two grids on the homepage but that’s because I’ve been trying different things. I want to find a way to have each blog post with some information next to it. I couldn’t get the Highend theme’s post grid to work either — all the images were chopped off.
