Error with included plugins

Hello,

I started a thread about this on the Mojo support page, but then realized this is probably the better place to address it, so please forgive the duplicity.

I just purchased another copy (my second) of Highend for a new site I’m working on, but it’s not letting me instal any of the included plugins, I get a 403 error page. Except for Contact Form 7…it’s letting me instal that one.
