Error message during install

    I tried to install visual composer per install instructions and got this error message:

    Fatal error: Class ‘TGM_Bulk_Installer’ not found in /home5/crossgd1/public_html/wp-content/themes/HighendWP/includes/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1492
