Error message

on my wordpress dashboard I have the following message;

Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.

Underneath this is a button saying “Open Design Options”

If I click on this button it takes me to a blank white screen that says
“Sorry you do not have access to this page”
