When no shipping rate is returned from the shipping plugin used, (e.g. USPS), the “cart-totals.php” template in HIGHEND v3.2.1 will interpret the LACK of any returned rate as free shipping and display “Shipping: Free” in the cart. This is not what should be displayed. It should display the default WooCommerce “There are no shipping methods available…” message.

To easily reproduce, click the “Update Totals” button in the “Shipping Calculator” without changing any of the dropdowns from the default “make a selection”. This will prevent a rate from being returned. Though there are many normal conditions where a rate is not available (in other words, this problem definitely needs fixing), so the above steps are just for easy reproduction of the bug.

Switching to the default 2015 WordPress theme, or disabling the “cart-totals.php” Highend template, will cause the correct “There are no shipping methods available...” message to be displayed.

This is only in the “Cart” page of course. The Checkout page is fine and displays the correct “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” message.
