Entrance Title Animations do not seem to work properly

My site is http://bsgaleria.mx/wordpress. On Highend Options->Layout Settings->Default Setting I set up an “Entrance Title Animation” (bottom to top), but It does not work on any of my pages. But If I set the parameter locally it does work. Can I set it on the default settings page or do I need to set it in every single page?
