Embedded Vimeo video will not show full screen button

The vimeo video I embedded using the highend video embed element will not show the full screen button. The full screen button appears and works on the vimeo website but not in highend. It did at one time work, but not now. What happened to change that?
This problem is on all my pages that have videos now, and it never used to be like that.
