Contact Us page – emails not received

Hi,

In High End Options/Contact Settings it says: “Enter email address where the emails from Contact Template and Quick Contact Box will be sent to.”

My email is set up properly. On the Contact Us page, template is also set to Contact Template…. yet when submitted, emails are not sent to a specified email address. The email address is @yahoo.com

Any clues to what the issue might be and how to resolve it?
