Element list limited

I am trying to edit pages on my WordPress Highend theme. I am editing with the visual composer. At the bottom of the edit page there is a ‘+’ and when you click it, it would usually give you 40+ different elements (text box, single image, etc) that you were able to choose from. However, for the past few days when I go to add an element, the ‘Add Element’ box only gives me 4 elements to choose from which are ‘row’, ‘custom heading’, ‘fullwidth section’, and ‘image frame’. When I go to search for an element in the “Search by Element Name” box, nothing comes up, like it can’t find the element. So basically I am not able to add an element to any of my pages.

I have attached a photo to show you what comes up when I press the ‘+’ button.

I also emailed the support team a few days ago and have yet to hear back. I paid for this theme and would like it to work and to be taken care of please and thank you.
