editor is missing

Hi I am not seeing the editor or top-bar dashboard navigation when I try to edit pages from the dashboard or from the site preview. I’ve attached a few screens. Also is there a way where I can remove the email address restriction from the theme editor? I don’t want to display the email address but a link to the contact form and I get an error stating that I need to enter an email address from the backend.
