Editing Contact Template

Hi Noda,

we are currently using the highend contact template, here is the link: http://www.digitale-innovation.de/unternehmen-2/contact/. We want to change the text inside the textfields. They are currently the only text left, that is still in english. How can we edit the text ‘Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Your message …’ and the send-button. We want to translate them to german.
