Editing Buttons?

Does anyone know where I can go to edit this button?

I currently have the “Coming Soon Mode” on. So I attached an image.

The button currently links to the home page (the page the button is on). I want it to link to the Shop page. Not quite sure where or how to do that.

If I need to provide my login information; I’m totally willing to do that.
