Editing an element

The page I am dealing with:

Near the top of the page is a graphic with a box containing “Charlotte Parker”
and under it “photographer”
When I use the “inspecting element” feature I am able to edit and replace the name Charlotte P and photographer.
I don’t, however seem to be able to save the edit. Am I able to save?
If not, how am I able to remove this graphic as the page certainly is not about Charlotte Parker.
