Drop Down Menu Not Showing On Home Page

The drop down menu did work when I used the Main Menu for my home page, but it loaded the whole page each time. The issue is that my home page is one page, with various sections (http://www.locallinko.com).

Previously when I used the one page menu, I could click a menu link and the page would scroll down to that section.

But now that I have created a drop down menu for those sections, they appear as a blank white box in the drop down menu.

When I use the Main menu for my home page and I click a section in the drop down menu, the whole page loads and then scrolls to the section.

For the Main Menu, I am using the full section URL (http://www.locallinko.com/local-marketing-methods/#how-works), because I created the Main Menu for the other pages of my site and the one page menu for the sections on the home page E.g. #how-works.

How can I use the one page menu on the home page to avoid the whole page loading as happens with the Main Menu when I use it.
