Double Site Title and Blog Layout

My website’s title keeps showing up twice in the browser tab.

I’ve also attached an image showing the problem I am facing.

As for the blog layout issue, my blog page keeps defaulting to the standard layout which I do not like because the featured image is gigantic. I’d like to use the Blog-Small layout but it will not switch to that layout. The url for my blog is insightsgained.com/blog.

P.S. If you know of a way to do this, would you be able to tell me how to change the link of the RSS feed icon in my sidebar? It’s the Jetpack RSS Link subscription widget. Thanks!
