dont show featured image on page

Hello

I’m using featured image for plugin that list my pages with thumbnail (the featured image on it)

the problem is, once I set the featured image, the image will show on the upper side of my page. I tried to remove this by placing .single .page .entry-featured { display: none; } on custom CSS, but it doesnt work.

Please advise
