Does Aegaeus allow your "front page to display: latest post?"

I am having trouble getting my aegaeus theme to display my front page as a latest post. Somewhere it stated this theme only supported a static page, but I would like for my page to only display my latest posts for my blog and have only a couple of menus. Does this theme allow me to have my latest blog posts to be on the front page when first loaded? And if so, what do I need to do.
