Division by zero -> woocommerce/content-product.php on line 199 – again :-)

hallo!
after update I have problems with the productpage of woocommerce
I tried to fix the problem with increase the memory limit:

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
set_time_limit(400);

like described here: https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/woocommerce-warning-division-by-zero-in-content-product-php/
it dont worked

I reinstalled woocommerce; I tried to delete the browsercache; I saved the settings of woocommerce; but nothing helped…..

the detailview of the product and the cart works.
