disable jsapi

Hi there,

can you provide an option in the theme settings for disabling jsapi?
I read the posts here and found the piece of code in theme-scripts.php to remove.
Anyway I didn’t manage to make this working with the help of a child theme which would be a clean solution. Creating a child theme and editing the child theme-scripts.php wouldn’t have any impact.
