Deprecated One Page Section shortcode

Hi HB Team,
Since the version 2.0, the One Page section shortcode is deprecated. The main page of my website (welcomee.com) uses these shortcodes.
So, before update the theme to the last version, I tried the new options of the “ROW” Visual Composer element with my test website.
I followed all the instructions of your documentation but the left circles navigation doesn’t appear and the One Page menu doesn’t operate.

1) What do I miss?
2) Is there a problem to continue to use the old One Page Section shortcode.
