Demo Importer Fail – Files NOT Found

I attempted to install the demo importer but received the Page Not Found error message.
I then retried once again and got the same message.
After this I installed the plugin to reset the WP DB, but its not obvious as to which
from the following database tables to reset: is it Users?

Once this is done, should I reattempt the demo importer or resinstall the theme?
