Demo Import Not Working

I recently purchased and installed the Highend theme and can’t wait to try it out. I’ve tried importing the demo information but the import process is not working. (it just sits there saying “please be patient while the demo is uploading” for over an hour now)

If you would kindly import the demo for me, I would truly appreciate it.
