Demo import Issues

Hi,

I purchased the Highend Theme last night and have not been able to install the demo version at all. I have been on the phone w Hostgator for hours and still no luck.

Here are the details:

HOsting by hostgator (wordpress hosting)
Purchased the Highend Theme and trying to upload the main theme demo.
First it gave me 2 erros: maximum excution time and PHP memory neeeded to be increased to 64 MB. We resolved that but still no luck. No it will be stuck on the upload page, I hit the upload button and it will say it is uploading but 30 minutes later it still says that and no progress has been made.

“Please be patient while Highend Main Demo demo is being imported. This may take a few minutes.” This is what it seems to be stuck on.

What to do?
