Demo Import Failed – Invalid argument

I need your kind assistance on the following:
I started full demo content import in ‘Demo Importer’ under ‘Highend Theme Options’.
After 5-10 minutes it gave me 100+ lines of “Failed to import..” messages and a same amount of orange grids with ” Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\wamp\www\demo\wp-content\themes\HighendWP\options-framework\includes\wpalchemy\MetaBox.php on line 535″ headers.

My WP runs localy on WAMP.
