Demo import error

I have tried multiple times to import one of the Demos to my website, however, it always comes up with an error that the import timed out. I also followed a tutorial out of this forum where it said to change some hosting settings but that didn’t work aswell. It only works to import the demo when excluding attachments. I would appreciate some help alot. Thank you in advance.
