Debug.log notice

    Hello,

    I have enabled debugging and there is same message over and over again (almost 100MB in few days):

    [25-Feb-2015 00:09:58 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: cart_count in /home/user/public_html/domain/wp-content/themes/highend/includes/header-navigation.php on line 78

    I know it isn’t warning or errror but notice, but still. What does it mean and how to stop recieving it?
