Date and Author

Hello, couple of questions:

** How do I remove the DATE & AUTHOR on my blog posts”
** In the Right Sidebar (about us page) if I click on PROJECT CATEGORIES I get some page with weird text on it. I have something wrong but just not sure what?

PS… this was and is the best Theme I have ever worked with. Most everything went together so easily. Plus there is so much more that I look forward to using when it comes to all the features the theme has. AWESOME!!!!
