Dashboard / Sidebar not showing (tried Flags fix)

    Hello,

    Sidebar options is still not appearing.
    I enabled “disable slimming paint” in Chrome.
    I tried it also in Firefox, same thing.
    I rebooted the computer completely to see if that would help.
    I disabled all the plugins, changed themes and changed back, still nothing…

    … ?
