Dashboard for user

Hello,

First, Thank you!!!
There are items I am not able to remove from certain users and don’t know why. I hope you can help.

How do I remove “At a Glance” running Highend theme from my users dashboard. I want this to be anonymous.

I also am not able to get the Contact tab and tools tab on the left column removed from a user.

Third, I would like to limit them from using/seeing the “layer slider” which shows up under New in the admin bar. As well as Need Help?

I have included an image with arrows of each section I mentions.
