Darken Post Comment Tab

Hi,

I have two questions on my blog page:

1. How do I darken the Post comment tab? You can’t see it unless you scroll over it.

2. I see this at the bottom of the blog: About dovpear@gmail.com

Where do I write my bio so it shows up here?
