Customizing page and blog

Hi
I’m having a hard time to customize some of the options in this theme.

1- At the bottom of the Header has a grey line that I can’t find a way to delete.
The same happens at the bottom of the site, has a white border that I can’t delete.

2- on the Blog, I can’t customize the way that the post appears. It appears in a short version and would like to let it complete, without the “read more” button.

3- It’s possible to add the effect of an Fixed Fotter Effect in an One page section?
