Custom Menu Wizard plugin problem with Highend 2.0

An update for Highend became available today and I processed it to go from version 1.7 to 2.0. I am running Custom Menu Wizard Version 3.1.3 which has been working well. Upon upgrade of the Highend Theme the output of the Menu Wizard has stopped being displayed in a hierarchical format; it is presented in flat format. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, I have tried setting the Wizard to output in flat format, then back to hierarchical but the output still remains flat. Using the assist function the display shows hierarchical or flat depending on the setting within the Wizard but not in the output to my pages sidebars.
