Custom CSS Suggestion

I have used the Element Inspector in Chrome and Firebug in Firefox to see what edits I could add myself to change position, padding, size etc. in my Highend theme websites.

I only resort to seeking an answer in this forum when all my trial and errors don’t work.

My problem is defining to whether use (.) or (#) and which of the elements to include in the code. I use the CS3 site http://www.w3schools.com/css/ to get my options. But without taking a CSS class (not enough time for my clients right now) I spend a lot of time in here waiting for support to respond (which you do admirably).

    So my thoughts are:

Because you guys spend a lot of time responding to these type of helps posts.

    1. Set up a down and dirty sticky that gives a quick overview on how to ID the right code using the above services.
    2. Keep a running List of custom code instructions so we can search them before we ask the question.

Great product and great service, just trying to selfishly speed my end up.

    Thanks for considering
