Custom CSS for can see the words of the menu white

    Hello, I want which I’m put hover outdoor trainning for example, the words put white, I can did this, but only when I’m hover, not when I navigate for the submenus. How selector can use for do this? for can see the words of the menu ever white when the background is red.
