CSS for this ?

Hi, I need one css code to remove gaps between elements, cause I have the special heading with a revolution slider on the featured section and when I add an element under it, a white space appears between both elements.

I also have a design question, I would like to know if I can make this effect with parallax, like on this page (http://madebyheart.co.uk) you can see that the 1st transition when you scroll down is like the page got behind the other, I would like to do that.
