Cross-Sells Not Appearing

Hello,

I believe this may be a theme issue but we are having trouble with products appearing in the cart page for cross-sells. Up-sells work fine on related product pages, but cross-sells do not. Do you have any tips or advice on how to get this to appear?

I’ve tried two cross-sell plugins but nothing is appearing. Seems like there may be something in the theme that is blocking the section from appearing.
