Crop Featured Image Does Not Crop Images

    Hi There,
    I am aware that some plug-ins prevent the “Crop Featured Image” feature from working. I’ve tried disabling all plug-ins, removing all custom CSS, and toggling the Crop Featured Image option multiple times with no success. What do you suggest I try?
