Copying a large table onto a page

I copied a large table from another site that I am working on into a page on my wordpress site. I read some articles that stated this isn’t a good idea. I wanted to manually type everything in, but I’m afraid that would take too long. So I just did a copy/paste onto a new page. This is the error message I received after my attempt:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home3/amybills/public_html/besttimes/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php on line 340

However, it looks like I was able to publish the page. Do you see any issues with it? I went through it and didn’t, but I would like to know if it is okay, and if there is a better way to do this. Here is the url:

I also I have the sticky header set, but I can see all my information under it when I scroll down.
