Content goes missing with Update

Upgraded the theme to 2.2 most of all the content was gone except a few pages still looked fine. Restored BU and its back to where it was. I have 2 questins about the same Site http://www.gandgcriminaldefense.com/

I saw an earlier post about this happening where you recommended:
Please deactivate/delete then reinstall your Visual Composer.

Note: The update took an about 3 minutes to accomplish

2. I am still missing the Logo in the Header on FireFox 35.0.1 and I.E 11 (Chrome OK)
I had another tech help on this site when we were building it and looking at the code it needs some clean up.
