Contact Us results: Accented characters not displaying properly

Hello,

When users fill-out the Contact-Us form, if they use accented characters, then these characters come out corrupted in the email that is sent to the admin.

For example, in French it is common to have “é” (the letter e with acute).
“café” becomes “café”, and “réservation” becomes “réservation”, etc.

How to resolve this issue?
