Contact form says submissions successful but email never arrives

Hi there,

I’ve got my Contact Form set up correctly in High End (at least I think), but unfortunately when I submit a test submission it never reaches the contact email I have configured even though it says it went through successfully. I’ve checked my Spam/Junk Mail folders just to make sure it didn’t end up there, but it didn’t.

I configured a contact email in the Contact Settings portion of the High End Options admin panel in WP, and I just sent a test message to that email address to make sure it was working ok. That email was successfully delivered.

Are there any troubleshooting steps you would recommend to fix this problem? Thanks!
