contact form problem

I am having a problem with a contact form not working and it is suggested that it is disagreeing with the theme. I have other contact forms which are working fine, but this latest one, when you hit the submit button, the little arrows just keep spinning. It does relay the information, but the user wouldn’t know that. Any ideas on how to fix that?
