Contact form not working

Hello,

My friend sent me a note through my contact form and I never received it. She tried again and got several error messages.

My brother tried for me and it worked. It also works if I try it.

Any ideas on why my friend would be unable to send messages? It concerns me that some site visitors will have the same problem.
