contact form missing fields

Hello,congrats for your amazing theme.
I need your help regarding to contact forms.
I use 3 different contact forms in my website,but none of them comes to my email completely correct.What i mean is that the only information i receive is something like this:

From: [Greek Tourism Expo] <xeniamoun@gmail.com>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
ohono

—
This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Greek Tourism Expo (http://www.emfanisi.gr/greektourismexpo/eng)

Could you please take a closer look?
Can i send you my credentials?
