Contact form fields customization

Hello,
I have read all the threads about “contact form” but I have found nothing about this.

I have just changed my wordpress theme to Highend.
I used contact form 7 with my old theme (Armynife), and it worked fine. But with Highend my contact form displays just one input field per line, instead of several fields on the same line.

I define the field length and maxlength, but it makes no difference.

For example: Adress line should display something like:
Street-name House-number floor door (four fields in the same line)

but it shows like:
Street name
House number
floor
door

¿Is there any way to get several fields on the same line ??
