Contact Form – cannot click on fields to enter data after 2.0 Update

Just upgraded from 1.6 to 2.0 — Now the contact form does not work. The fields where you go to enter text are grayed out and you cannot click to enter details in them.

This is perhaps the single most important piece of my website, for potential clients to contact me to inquire about my business.
