Contact Form 7 Not Working In Highend

Hello!

Love Highend but what trouble I hit now! Have installed the latest version of Contract Form 7. I am able to create and modify forms. Yet nothing works! When I enter a new form, I get the very same form over and over. Also it appears in the right margin, like it sits inside a right sidebar. I cannot remove it either, unless I delete the whole page! What to do?
