Contact Form 7 interrupts site after sending

Hi,
My site works as planned until I start to use the Contact Form 7.

Once I start typing in information, it displays that information slower and slower. After hitting send, it greatly reduces the flow and speed of everything on the side including: scroll, hover, rev slider loading, rev slider out of frame stop, navigation, etc.

Once I click off the page to a “service,” and back to the home page, the site will perform again as expected.
