Contact Form

I apologize. This is the last one I’ll make today, but when I set up a contact form and put it on a page, I can fill it out, add my file, and send it successfully. My email gets the notification that I received a contact form, but that’s it. I don’t receive the attachment or anything. Is there somewhere I go specifically to retrieve them? http://www.cayceberryman.com
